Our Message
E4 Health was founded on a simple principle: to route services and resources in a discrete and timely manner to individuals in need, from finding dependable elder care to addressing depression and overall health and well-being.
Guard members deal with a level of stress few outside of the Guard really understand or fully appreciate. Guard Members must balance the demands of active duty with those at home: the family, relationship, and financial issues we all grapple with at different times.
These pressures have led to a disturbing increase in suicides among Guard members nationwide. The Tennessee National Guard is among the first to take active steps in reviewing the programs and resources it has in place to address the issues that have been known to cause suicidal “ideation.” The GYB initiative brings together behavioral health, work, life, suicide prevention, and technological resources to provide each Guard member individual support. These resources are intended to help any Guard member get back on track and attain the balance and perspective needed to serve their country, effectively carry out their mission, and enjoy a full, healthy life.
We are proud to support Major General Haston and the Tennessee National Guard in this critically important initiative. We look forward to contributing our expertise and resources in helping “guard” those who so admirably and selflessly guard our country.
